PROTEIN SHAKE (POST WORKOUT)
The most optimal time for the body to absorb and use protein is 30-45 minutes after activity. Taking in protein directly after workouts is vital to maintaining correct muscle repair and building. I love the Muscle Delight as a protein supplementation post workout and to add flavor to some of my favorite meals! French toast is my fav!
MULTIVITAMIN (TAKEN IN THE AM AND PM)
Finding a multivitamin that actually has great absorption rates can be tricky, I’m just in love with this one! Endoshield works as fully functioning multivitamin while also giving extra support to the endoctrine system.
FISH OIL OR MCT OIL (TAKEN IN THE AM)
This is always a staple in my supplement program! I prefer this Fish oil because of the pure ingredients and how easily its digested. I also suggest the supplement modification of a fish oil to be a pill form MCT oil or coconut oil.
RECOVERY (POST WORKOUT/PM)
My number 1 supplement! I've been using Ngage for years and my body and training depends on it! BCAA’s or branch chain amino acids are crucial for muscle repair and hydration! I also take this later in my training day for an anabolic boost. Ngage saves me on my really sore workout days!
ENERGY (TAKEN 20 MINUTES PRE WORKOUT)
I’m picky about pre workout. I want it to be effective and I want to feel energized, not over stimulated.
I recommend 2 forms of pre workout: Rainmaker and Ngage Energized. Rainmaker is the perfect amount of “go” for those long training days and I also use the Ngage Energized for when I need recovery AND some caffeine to help me through the day.
This supplement I do not recommend for my mamas pregnant or breast feeding.
